A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD GRANTING A UTILITY EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY OF A PORTION OF TRACT NO 2 OF
PARTITION OF A PORTION OF THE HOME TRACT OF ANTONIO
MARIO LUGO AND MARIO GERMAN LUGO BEING A PORTION OF
RANCHO SAN ANTONIO OSSCAR TOWER IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easement is necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by granting the said easement; and
WHEREAS, utility easement on a portion of Tract No.2,
of Partition of a Portion of the Home Tract of Antonio Mario Lugo
and Mario German Lugo, also commonly known as 11331 Bullis Road,
has been analyzed and approved by the City Engineer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council grants a utility easement
to the Southern California Edison Company, as designated:
A strip of land five (5) feet wide lying within Tract 2
of partition of a portion of the Home Tract of Antonio Mario Lugo
and Mario German Lugo being a portion of Rancho San Antonio
Osscar Tower 40.37 AC, the centerline of the 5 feet wide easement
being described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of Bullis Road 65 feet
wide as now established and distant South 19 0' 30" West, 443.30
feet from the most northeasterly corner of Oscar 40.36 AC,
thence North 71° 05' 15" West 68 feet, thence South 17 54' West
a distance of 15 feet.
Section 2 . That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute the easement documents.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of
July , 1991.
