A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE ATLANTIC AVENUE
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT PHASE II PROJECT NO. 5 -5103
WHEREAS, the project was awarded to Excel Paving Compa-
ny, the lowest responsible bidder on May 15, 1990, and
WHEREAS, the construction was started on November 19,
1990, and was completed on August 16, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the final construction cost is $863,837.00;
and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project and found it to be
complete in accordance with plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Atlantic
Avenue Reconstruction Phase II Project as being complete in ac-
cordance with contract documents.
' Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect imme-
diately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this _20th day of
August , 1991.
