A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION
OF WELL NO. 8 REHABILITATION PROJECT,
PROJECT NO.(5- 5128), FY 1990 -91
WHEREAS, Well No. 8 Rehabilitation Project is a
scheduled Capital Improvement Project for fiscal year 1990 -91,
and is funded under the Water Fund for $120,000; and
WHEREAS, the bid opening was held of April 10, 1991,
and General Pump Company, Inc., is the lowest responsible bidder
at $27,668; and
WHEREAS, the project started on May 4, 1991, and was
complete on August 1, 1991; and

WHEREAS, the total cost for the project is $64,086.00;
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project and found it to be
complete in accordance with plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1 . That the City Council accept the
Well No. 8 Rehabilitation Project as being complete in accordance
with contract documents.
Section 2 . This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2 0th day of
August . 1991.
