A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR STREET DEDICATION ON A
PORTION OF LOT 359 OF TRACT NO. 2551, IN THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS
PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 24 PAGES 78 TO 80 INCLUSIVE OF
MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID
COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easement is necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by accepting the said easement; and
WHEREAS, street dedication on a portion of Lot 359 of
Tract No. 2551, also commonly known as 3542 Mulford Avenue, has
been analyzed and approved by the City Engineer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council accepts the dedication of
an easement for street purposes to the City of Lynwood as offered
for dedication, as designated:
The northerly five (5) feet of westerly half of Lot 359
of Tract No. 2551,in the City of Lynwood, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded
in book 24 pages 78 to 80 inclusive of maps, the
office of the County Recorder of said County.
Assessors No. 6173 - 008 -004
Section 2 . That the above described easement has been
offered for dedication to the City by Guillermo Vigil and Peidad
S. Vigil.
