RESOLUTION NO. 91 -149
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR STREET DEDICATION ON A
PORTION OF LOT 76 OF TRACT NO. 10634 IN THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS
PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 165, PAGES 40 TO 42, INCLUSIVE
OF MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID
COUNTY.

WHEREAS, the City'_Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easement' is necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by accepting the said easement; and
WHEREAS, street dedication on portions of Lot 76 of
Tract No. 10634, also commonly known as 1.1085 Wright Road, has
been analyzed and approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council accepts the dedication of
an easement for street purposes to the City of Lynwood as offered
for dedication, as designated:
The Easterly five (5) feet of the Northerly 50 feet of
lot 76 of tract No: 10634 in the City of Lynwood,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as
recorded in book 165, pages 40 to 42, inclusive of
maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said
County,
Assessors No. 6194- 028 -004
Section 2 . That the above described easement has been
offered for dedication to the City by Ricardo Gonzales and Velia
Gonzales (owners).
