A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING A REIMBURSEMENT OF $5,000
FROM THE CITY'S GENERAL FUNDS INTO THE CITY'S
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the Act -So Program was a public service project
provided by the City fiscal year 1989. The project was allocated
$5,000; and
WHEREAS, HUD has determined that the cost incurred by the
Act -So Program were ineligible; and
WHEREAS, HUD recommends that the City of Lynwood reimburse
its HUD account in the amount of $5,000; and
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Manager of his designee is authorized
to make the following transfer:

Unappropriated
Fund Balance
SECTION 2. This resolution is effective immediately upon
approval.
