A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE ALTERNATE BID
PROCEDURE FOR PROVISION OF JULY 4TH
FIREWORKS DISPLAY
WHEREAS, the acquisition of this service would be more
economically and efficiently effected through the use of the
informal bid process; and
WHEREAS, Council by a 4/5 vote can approve an alternate bid
procedure; and
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows;
Section 1. Waive formal bid procedure for the provision of
July 4th fireworks display.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1 day of
May , 1992.
