A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE EASEMENTS FOR STREET DEDICATION ON A
PORTION OF LOTS 1241 AND 1242 OF TRACT NO. 3335 IN THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 36, PAGE 42,
INCLUSIVE OF MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER
OF SAID COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easements are necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by accepting the said easements; and
WHEREAS, street dedications on portions of Lots 1241
and 1242 of Tract No. 3335, also commonly known as 3363 Fernwood
Avenue, have been analyzed and approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council accepts the dedication of
the easements for street purposes to the City of Lynwood as
offered for dedication, as designated:
Assessors No. 6173 - 006 -032
Section 2 . That the above described easements have
been offered for dedication to the City by Carlos R. Pineda
(owner).

1241 and 1242 contiguous to the Northeasterly
right -of -way (R.O.W.) of Fernwood Avenue, and the
Easterly five (5') feet of lot 1242 contiguous the

Westerly R.O.W. of Birch Street including the
Southeasterly five (5') feet of that portion of lot
1242 being diagonal between Fernwood Avenue and Birch
Street, in the City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles,
State of California as recorded in Book 36, page 42, of
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said
County.

Section 2 . That the above described easements have
been offered for dedication to the City by Carlos R. Pineda
(owner).
