A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE EASEMENTS FOR STREET DEDICATION ON A
PORTIONS OF LOTS 483 AND 484 OF TRACT NO. 2551 IN THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 24, PAGES 78 TO
80, INCLUSIVE OF MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY
RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easements are necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by accepting the said easements; and
WHEREAS, street dedications on portions of Lots 483
and 484 of Tract No. 2551, also commonly known as 3353 Fernwood
Avenue, has been analyzed and approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council accepts the dedication of
the easements for street purposes to the City of Lynwood as
offered for dedication, as designated:

point of beginning (P.O.B.), said P.O.B being at the

non - tangent curve concave Northwesterly having a radius
of 17.00 feet and a central angle of 33 20' 44 ", an
arc distance of 9.89 feet; thence, S 79 29' 04" W,

Northeasterly, having a radius of 17.00 feet and a
central angle of 33 17' 44" an arc distance of 9.88
feet, to a compound curve concave Northeasterly,
having radius of 1222.00 feet and a central angle of 5
16' 48 ", an arc distance of 112.61 feet; thence, N 33
53' 54" W, 78.70 feet; thence, N 18 05' 52" E, 0.91
feet; thence, S 71"55' 08" E, 2.08 feet; thence, S 33
53' 54" E, 77.62 feet to a tangent curve concave
Northeasterly, having a radius of 1220.00 feet and a
central angle of 5 05' 50 ", an arc distance of 108.54
feet to a compound curve Northeasterly having a radius
of 15.33 feet and a central angle of 62 24' 20 an
arc distance of 16.70 feet to a compound curve
Northwesterly, having a radius of 14.00 feet and a
central angle of 61 23' 05 ", an arc distance of 15.00
feet; thence N 18 05' 52" E, 99.09 feet; thence S
71 55' 08" E, 5.00 feet, to the P.O.B., in the City
of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of
