A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE BULLIS ROAD STREET
LIGHTING PROJECT NO. 5 -5131, AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on March 3, 1992, the project contract, in the
amount of $46,596.00, was awarded to the lowest responsible
bidder William Hahn Electrical Contractor; and
WHEREAS, the project started on March 3, 1992, and was
completed on June 4, 1992; and '
WHEREAS, the total contract cost is $48,547.00 and the
cost for the purchase of the poles, lights, etc. is $43,136, the
total contract cost is therefore $91,683; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project and found
that all work has been completed in accordance with the project
plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
