A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE EASEMENT FOR STREET DEDICATION ON A
PORTIONS OF RANCHO SAN ANTONIO IN CITY OF LYNWOOD,
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS
PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 1, PAGE 389 OF PATENTS, ON
FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID
COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easement is necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by accepting the said easement; and
WHEREAS, street dedications on portions of Rancho
San Antonio, also commonly known as 11220 Wright Road, has been
analyzed and approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council accepts the dedication of
the easement for street purposes to the City of Lynwood as
offered for dedication, as designated:

That portion of the Rancho San Antonio, in the City of
Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State California,
of as
per map recorded in Book 1, Page 389 of Patents, on
file in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of a line that is
parallel with and distant Southerly, measured at right
angles, 144.62 feet from the Northerly line of the land
described in deed recorded in Book 54549, Page 85,
Official Records of said County, with the Easterly line
of Wright Road (50 feet wide) as shown on a map of
Tract No. 10634 recorded in Book 165, Pages 40 to 42
inclusive of Maps, records of said County; thence
along said Easterly line of Wright Road South 19 08'
28" West 340.99 feet: thence South 83 36' 34" East
10.25 feet; thence North 19 08' 28" East 340.55 feet;
thence North 81 11' 32" West 10.17 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
The above described property contains a total area of
3,407.65 sq.ft.

Section 2 . That the above described easement has been
offered for dedication to the City by Isaac Elias - Calles (owner).
