A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING
THE SUBMITTAL OF PROJECT APPLICATIONS
FOR THE COMBINED PROP C AND INTERMODAL
SURFACE TRANSPORTATION EFFICIENCY ACT
(ISTEA) DISCRETIONARY FUNDS

WHEREAS, on June 10, 1992, the Los Angeles County
Transportation Commission ( LACTC) requested the City to submit
project applications for the Combined Prop C and ISTEA
Discretionary Funds, FY 1992 -93; and
WHEREAS,, staff reviewed the guidelines for
applications and identified seven (7) projects with regional
significance which are attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, LACTC requires the local agency to submit the
City Council's resolution authorizing said submittal by August
17, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood, does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as
follows:
Section I . The City Council approves the submittal of
projects, attached herewith, for the Combined Prop C and ISTEA
Discretionary Funds, FY 1992 -93.
Section 2 . This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upom its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of
August , 1992.
