A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE ASPHALT
PAVEMENT REPAIRS JOB AS COMPLETE
' WHEREAS, on May 5, 1992, a contract in the amount of
$17,216 was awarded to the lowest responsible bidder,
Atkinson Grading Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the job started on June 22, 1992 and was
completed on June 26, 1992; and
WHEREAS, 5,559 square feet of asphalt concrete pavement was
repaired at various locations; and
WHEREAS, the total contract cost is $14,953.71; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project and found all work
has been completed in accordance with the job's specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Concrete
Pavement Repair job as complete in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
