A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE INSTALLATION
OF WATER SERVICES ON LOUISE AVENUE AS
COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council awarded the contract to
I Miramontes Construction Company, Inc., the lowest responsible
bidder on May 5, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the project construction started on May 26,'1992
and was completed on June 5, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the total project cost is $25,844.46; and

WHEREAS, staff inspected the project and found it to be
complete in accordance with plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1 . That the City Council accepts the Louise
Avenue Water Service Installation as complete in accordance with
contract documents.
Section 2 . This resolution shall go into effect
immediately'upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of
August , 1992.
