A RESOLUTION OF'THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE SIDEWALK
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT (5 -5125) AS BEING
COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on February 18, 1992, a contract in the amount
of $70,317.50 was awarded to Ancon Marine, Inc., the lowest
responsible bidder; and
WHEREAS, on April 21, 1992 the City Council approved a
contract change order for $27,000, to repair an additional 24
damaged locations; and
WHEREAS, the total project cost is $100,211.96; and
WHEREAS, the project started on March 3, 1992, and was
completed on June 29, 1992; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project and found all work
has been completed in accordance with the project's plans and
specifications.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council accepts the Sidewalk
Reconstruction Project (5 -5125) as being complete in accordance
with contract documents.
' SECTION 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
