A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE CONCRETE
PAVEMENT REPAIRS JOB AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1992, the contract in the amount of
$14,840 was awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, Damon
Construction Company; and
WHEREAS, the job started on June 22, 1992 and was
completed on June 26, 1992; and
WHEREAS, 2,390 square feet of concrete pavement was
repaired, along the east side of Long Beach Boulevard, from Tecumsah
Avenue to Sequoia Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the total contract cost is $17,733.71; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the job and found all work has
been completed in accordance with the job's specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Concrete
Pavement Repair job as complete in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
