Windstream and Customer hereby agree that in the event that costs from AT&T for MetroE fiber buildout or third-party contractor costs exceeds an acceptable level (per Customer's judgement), Customer shall be allowed to cancel the order for Services associated with the above Proposal ID without penalty, if notification of cancellation occurs within five(5)business days of notification of costs. ETHERNET UPGRADE Windstream and Customer hereby agree that when Customer upgrades to ethernet services with Windstream, Customer will be allowed to disconnect associated T1 services without early termination charges.
