This is a request under the existing permit regarding the walkway to the beach at 298 Robbins
Hill Rd. The original walkway needed to be rebuilt as the house was relocated further away
from the ocean and the beach dunes were refurbished. We are requesting that the walkway and
stairs extend to the drift fencing and the last few steps be removable that extend down to the
beach.

Dear Board Members,
We have recently installed the frame of our new pool that was approved by conservation in
May. Upon the installation and backfill, we have realized that we made a major mistake. Our
new patio area will be much smaller than we had anticipated.
After discussing this situation with Noelle via phone, we have decided to ask the board for a
minor change. Our hope is to add square feet on the southwest side. All of the proposed work
would remain within the existing work limit area.
We, of course, are proposing to offset this new patio area with the removal of lawn area in
another location within the buffer zone and add 1:1 mitigation plantings from the approved list
of plants.
