The 2000 Standard Building Code in Georgia is in reality the 2000 edition of the International Building Code with the Georgia State Amendments. The 2000 CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code is the 2000 edition of the International Residential Code with State Amendments. Section 5 -4 -9 Prohibition, provides in part, as follows: (4.) It is unlawful for any person to cause or permit any storm water to flow from their property onto the property of another person, unless such s`orm water naturally flowed thereon prior to any development activity. (5.) It is unlawful for any person to interrupt the flow of any storm water runoff frgm adjacent property onto their property by any development activity. As part of the City's proval process, applicants must illustrate how these storm water management pro itions will be met, including a showing of how storm water naturally flowed on the affected property (prior to any development activity), and what changes in stormwater flow have occurred or are expected to occur, as attachments to this form. The City's approval or permit does not guarantee that the applicant's plans will result in meeting requirements. The final product must actually meet the City Ordinance requirements.
