Pursuant to Governor Baker' s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law and his March 15 and March
23, 2020 Orders imposing strict limits on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting will be conducted via remote
participation to the greatest extent possible . Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the
public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting may be found on the Town's website at www , brewster-ma . gov.
For this meeting, members of the public who wish to listen to the audio broadcast may do so via the Town of Brewster website at
httr) ://Iivestream . brewster-ma . gov or on Channel 18 . No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort
will be made to ensure the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time via technological means . The Town has established
specific email addresses for each board and committee that will be meeting remotely so that residents can send their comments in writing
either before or during the meeting. For this meeting, please send contact ZBAmeetingPbrewster-ma . gov. In the event we are unable to
live broadcast these meetings, despite best efforts, we will post on the Town website an audio recording, transcript, or other comprehensive

#2041 Applicant : Michael and Susan Lizotte . Applicant seeks to convert existing residential space within a single
family home into an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU ) for property located 774 Main Street in the RM zoning district,
and on Brewster Assessor Map 26, Lot 41 . The existing lot size is 22, 380 square feet . A Special Permit is required
pursuant to Brewster zoning bylaw 179 Table 2 ( Area Regulations ), Note 1 .

# 19-37 Applicant : 19 Muskrat Lane LLC . ( Represented by Attorney Benjamin Zehnder), 19 Muskrat Lane ,
MAP103 LOT 9 , in the RM zoning district . The applicant seeks an Appeal of the Building Commissioners decision
that a boat storage shed , kayak rack and roll out boardwalk are not permissible uses on the property in the RM
zoning district under MGL 40A § 8 & 15 , and Brewster Zoning Bylaw § 179 & D ( 4 ) .
#20-09 . Applicant : 19 Muskrat Lane LLC, ( Represented by Attorney Benjamin Zehnder), MAP 103 , LOT 9, in the RM
and Wetlands Conservancy Zoning Districts . The applicant seeks a VARIANCE from Bylaw § 17940 for accessory uses
permitted in the district be treated as principle uses, or in the alternative a Special Permit pursuant to § 179 - 6 ( D ) and
( E ) to construct a kayak rack, storage shed and rollout boardwalk .
