CITY OF MOAB, UTAH
ORDINANCE NO. 10-77
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7, ELECTRICITY, MOAB CITY CODE 1965, AS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOAB, UTAH:
THAT Sec. 7-2 of the Ordinances of Moab City, 1965, as amended be, and the
same is, hereby amended to read as follows, to wit:
"Sec. 7-2. Same - - Permit fees.
The electrical permit fees applicable in the City for use under the Elec-
trical Code adopted by this chapter shall be two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50)
for the permit plus twenty-five cents (.250 for each outlet. There shall be no
such charge where the cost of the job is fifty dollars or less."
THAT the City Council finds and declares that is is necessary for the im-
mediate preservation of the peace, health and safety of this City that this Or-
cinance take effect upon its .passage; :and Obl:ica:tian.
PASSED by the unanimous vote of all members present of the City Council
of the City of Moab, Utah, this 19th day of July, 1977.
