Dear City Council Members;
I am sorry that I cannot be in attendance tonight, I have been called out of town on some family business. I wanted to be able to express my thoughts concerning the possibility of new
regulations in regards to Vacation Homes.
I certainly understand concerns regarding parking and fire, however I am concerned about how far the Council wants to go in imposing new regulations that affect personal property rights.
The desire for families to be together under one roof while they vacation I believe is very apparent and I don’t really believe that anyone would want to discourage the opportunity
for this to take place, when there are so few homes where this can take place.
My hope is that you will be able solve your concerns by targeting the problem areas without blanketing all large vacation homes and discourage their continuance.
