Park St., McCall, ID 83638 Members Present: Dan Scott, Matt Shaddle, Mark Thorien, Mike Weiss, Rick Fereday Staff: Nate Coyle, Jay Scherer Other: Kevin Bissell Dan Scott called the meeting to order at 12:05 PM Public Comment Mike Anderson provided email input on Lease rate discussion. Term Expiration — Appointing/Reappointing Committee Members Rick Fereday's term has expired. He has indicated he is interested in continuing on the committee. Per City Code the vacancy will be advertised for two weeks. The AAC will review applications and make a recommendation for City Council. Approval of Minutes from April 7, 2016 The April 7, 2016 meeting minutes were presented for review and approval. A motion was made by Rick Fereday to approve the minutes. Mark Thorien seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Lease Rate Analysis Update Valbridge Appraisers discussed their lease rate analysis and provided additional input on their methodology. The input was discussed, and the committee disagreed with the analysis and recommendation of the appraisers. Rick Fereday motioned to change the airport lease rate to $.25/sq ft covered and uncovered. The motion was seconded by Mark Thorien. The motion passed 4 to 1 Committee Member Scott cast the dissenting vote. Airport Manager Topics a. McCall Comprehensive Plan: Michelle Groenevelt Community Development Director briefed the Airport Advisory Committee on progress and future involvement opportunities. b. Snow Removal Equipment: The SRE specifications were nearly ready and expected to be out to bid with an end of month bid opening. c. AIP 021— Land Acquisition Update: Jay Scherer updated the Committee on the status of the Land Acquisition. d. Hangar Projects: Interest has been expressed in developing hangars in the Triangle area. The airport and TO Engineers are working with proponents on development procedures and requirements. e. IAA Open House: Planning is underway for the IAA open house scheduled for July 16, 2016. Airport Minimum Standards Review Jay Scherer will correct minimum standards table for aircraft paint and upholstery. Motion to approve_ the Minimum Standards with corrections was made by Rick Fereday and seconded by Matt Shaddle. Motion was approved unanimously.
