Meeting Minutes
November 3, 2016, 12:00 PM
American Legion Hall, 216 E. Park St., McCall, ID 83638
Members Present: Matt Shaddle, Mike Weiss (telephone), Rick Fereday, Dan Scott
Staff: Jay Scherer, Airport Manager, Nathan Coyle, City Manager
Other: Kevin Bissel, Judd DeBoer
Rick Fereday called the meeting to order at 12:05 PM. Dan Scott arrived later.
Public Comment
None.
Approval of Minutes from October 13, 2016
The October 13, 2016 meeting minutes were presented for review and approval. A motion to
approve the minutes with corrections was made by Rick Fereday and seconded by Mike Weiss.
The motion passed unanimously.
Lease Rate Analysis Update
Mr. Scherer briefed the lease rate discussion would be ready for the Council for the Nov 17th
meeting. The 17t was not a good date for the AAC members and it was determined to schedule
the briefing for Dec 1.
McCall Comprehensive Plan: Airport Manager reported back that the zoning portion of the
Comprehensive Plan was to begin in December.
Snow Removal Equipment: Snow equipment is on order with M-B Industries. Mr. Scherer
reported on the factory visit. No change to delivery date in April.
AIP 021— Land Acquisition Update: The process of serving summons continues. Information
is being provided to the attorneys as requested.
Hangar Projects: The airport and TO Engineers are working to develop an RFP package to
assess the viability of developing the triangle area.
Three Month Calendar Review
The Committee reviewed the scheduled dates for AAC meetings, City Council meetings and
other dates of interest and importance to the Committee.
Motion to adjourn was made by Matt Shaddle and seconded by Rick Fereday. The Committee
adjourned at 12:40 PM
