A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY GRANTING A VARIANCE IN CASE
NO. 78 -545
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to public hearing and on an application
and consideration of the environmental impact a Variance is hereby
granted on property at 5946 Sultana Venue to permit construction
of a residential addition to within two (2) feet of the northerly
side line, based upon a finding that the property is unique as
to configuration and this addition will do no damage to neighboring
properties.
SECTION 2. Said Variance is subject to the following
conditions:
(1) That the development of the subject property shall
be substantially in accordance with plot plans marked
Exhibits "A" and "B "; and
(2) That all applicable City regulations shall be
complied with at all times; and
(3) That this Variance shall expire and be of no effect
unless exercised within a period of one (1) year from
and after the date of adoption of resolution granting
the variance; and
(4) That applicant shall file, or cause to be filed,
with the City Clerk, a document which the City may
record, which shall acknowledge that the owner of the
subject property is aware of and accepts the conditions
set forth in paragraphs 1 through 3 above, and that _. the
subject property, regardless of any change in ownership,
is bound by and subject to the provisions of the
resolution granting the variance and the conditions
contained therein.
SECTION 3. That the Secretary of the Planning Commission
shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall
forward a copy hereof to the applicant and to the City Clerk.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Planning Commission of the City of Temple City at
a regular meeting held on the 9th of January, 1979, by the
following vote:

NOES: COMMISSIONERS - NONE
ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS - NONE
