A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DETERMINING
THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND
RECOMMENDING ABATEMENT THEREOF,
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, on May 22, 1979,
held a duly noticed public hearing to ascertain whether certain premises
constitute a public nuisance; and
WHEREAS, upon hearing and considering all relevant evidence and
testimony, said Commission found and determined that such nuisance
exists and should be abated;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission hereby determines that .a
public nuisance, as defined in the Municipal Code of the City of Temple':
City, exists on the premises designated as 9559 Woodruff Avenue,
ICity of Temple City, California, and more particularly described as
Parcel 11 of Lot 257 of Tract No. 6561, Map Book 72, pp. 34 -35 of Maps,
in the Office of the County Recorder, County of Los Angeles, California,
in the following particulars:
Non - conforming curb cut and drive approach, conducing front and
side yard parking violations, causing depreciation of nearby property
values.

and said nuisance should be abated in the following manner:
Remove existing curb cut and drive approach and replace with curb,
gutter and sidewalk in accordance with Temple City provisions and
regulations, providing for the improvement and repair of streets.
That the Secretary of the Planning Commission be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to file a copy of this Resolution, with find-
ings and recommendations attached, to be served on the owners of said
premises pursuant to the Municipal Code of the City.
That the Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.'
