OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
B E IT ORDAINED that Section 71.12 of the Code of the Borough of Carteret shall be
amended as follows:
E. The provisions of Subsection A and B of this section shall not apply to transfers of
licenses to eating establishments having seating capacity of seventy-five (75) or more persons
and who have bar areas with seating capacity of six (6) persons or less. Transfers to said'
establishment may be allowed to premises within sevemy-five (75) feet of the existing plenary
license holders.
