I, the undersigned publisher or editor of the
Lakeshore Weekly News, swear that said the
newspaper has its office of issue at 10001
Wayzata Blvd, in the City of Minnetonka, in
the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota,
and is a third class free distribution newspaper
with a combined circulation of 25,000.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of Medina has adopted
Ordinance No. 316. The ordinance lifts the moratorium on
development on the sites commonly known as the Elwell
and Holasek properties. The moratorium is being lifted
relative to these properties because the city has now com-
pleted the planning process regarding those sites by
adopting a new residential P.U.D. ordinance. The Elwell
property is intended to be developed as P.U.D. 1. The
Holasek property is expected to be developed as P.U.D. 2.
The effect of lifting the moratorium is that the city will be
able to accept development applications regarding both
properties. The full text of Ordinance No. 316 is available
at Medina city hall during regular business hours.
