CLOSED SESSION MINUTES
HILLSBOROUGH TOWN BOARD
October 13, 1997
7:30 P.M., Town Barn
The Hillsborough Town Board met in Closed Session on October 13, 1997 following the
regular monthly Board Meeting in the Town Barn for the purpose of discussing personnel
matters. Present for the Board Meeting were Mayor Horace Johnson, Commissioners Kenneth
Chavious, Catherine Martin, Richard Simpson, Remus Smith, and Commissioner Evelyn Lloyd.
Staff present was Interim Town Manager Sherry Carter.
Interim Town Manager Carter discussed with the Board the Town's responsibility for
supervision of Inmates working for the Town under the Inmate Labor Contract.
Upon a motion by Commissioner Simpson, seconded by Commissioner Chavious, the
Board moved to return to Open Session by a vote of 5-0. The motion was declared passed.
