Wellsburg, Iowa, July 2$, 195$
The Town Council of the Town of Wellsburg, Iowa, met on the above date
in Species]_ session pursuant to law and the rules of said Council and in accord-
ance with the terms of a notice of meeting, a copy of which was served on each
member of the Council within the time required by law and accepted in writing
by each member thereof, except Alfred Meyer, said notice of meeting being as
follows:

You are hereby notified that a meeting of the Council of Wellsburg,
Iowa, will be held on the 2$th day of July, 195$, at the Town Hall in
Wellsburg, Iowa, at $:00 o'clock P.NI. for the purpose of considering the
adoption of a Resolution directing the advertisement for sale of �30,000.00
Sewer Revenue Bonds and �50,000.00 sewer Construction Bonds and fixing a
date for hearing on the issuance thereof, and for such other business in
connection therewith as may come before the meeting.

The meeting was called to order by Luke J. Groninga, Mayor, and on roll
call the following Council Members were present: Neil O'Kones, Mayo Tjaden,
Lester Huisman, H. L. Luwe. Absent: Alfred Meyer.

CounciLnan Neil O'Kones introduced the following Resolution entitled
"RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE ADVERTISEI�IQ�IT FOR SALE OF $$30,000.00 SEWER REVENUE
BONDS AND �50,000.00 SEWER CONSTRUCTION BONDS AND FIXING A DATE FOR HE1^RING
ON THE ISSUANCE THEREOF", and moved its adoption. Councilman Lester Huisman
seconded the motion to adopt. The roll was called and the vote was,
Ayes; Neil O'Kones, Mayo Tjaden, Lester Huisman,H.L.Luwe
Nays: None
Absent : Alfred Meyer
Whereupon the Mayor declared the Resolution duly adopted as follows:

WHEREAS, the Town of Wellsburg, Iowa, heretofore entered into contract
for the construction of a new Sewage Treatment Plant, and in order to pay a
part of the cost thereof, it is necessary that the Town issue its Sewer
Revenue Bonds in the amount of $�30,000.00 and Sewer Construction Bonds in
the amount of �50,000.00, payable out of advalorem taxes:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF W(ELLS-
BURG, IOWA:
That there be offered at public sale pursuant to advertisement as re-
quired by law the following bonds:
SEWER REVENUE BONDS, in the principal amount of �30,000.00,
to be dated September 1, 195g, in the denomination of

August, 1958, at 1:00 o'clock P.M. will
hold a
meeting to receive and act upon
bids for said bonds; said Notice to
