DESIGNATING NJ TRANSIT BUS STOP
ON ROOSEVELT AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of
Middlesex, State of New Jersey that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4 -8(e) the following
described location is designated as bus stop:
County Road
ADDED BUS STOP:
1. Southwest Corner of Roosevelt Avenue & Arthur Avenue at:
a. Arthur Avenue- Far Side
Beginning at the westerly curb line of Arthur Avenue and extending 100 feet
easterly therefrom.
That the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret will enforce the needed traffic
regulations gover the aforementioned bus stop location and provide the necessary
police security to ensure the safety of the traveling public.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall take effect upon approval of
the Commissioner of Transportation as provided by law.
