HomeMy Public PortalAbout033-2014 - Zoning - R1 to IS - 0 Holly LaneCOMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA ORDINANCE NO.33-2014 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM LOW DENSITY SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R1) DISTRICT TO INSTITUTIONAL (IS) DISTRICT WHEREAS, The Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 0 Holly Lane and legally described as follows, to wit: PT SE SEC 20-14-1 24.112A as a Low Density Single -Family Residential (R1) District; and WHEREAS, It is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to an Institutional (IS) District in order to allow the new construction of an assisted living facility. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to an Institutional (IS) District.
