MINUTES
LAW ENFORCEMENT REVIEW BOARD
Meeting of March 24, 1993
The regular meeting of the Law Enforcement Review Board was held on
March 24, 1993, in the City Hall Council Chambers. (The agenda was
duly posted as prescribed by the Brown Act.)
The meeting was called to order at 6:18 p m by board member
Hilario Esparza
The pledge of allegiance was conducted by Hilario Esparza.
Members in attendance were: Don Brantley, Hilario Esparza, and
David Willis Elizabeth Dixon and Robert Downs were absent
Staff members in attendance were: Deborah Jackson and Pat Alvarez
Also present was Councilman Louis Heine.
The minutes of the February 24, 1993 regular meeting were approved
with one correction: The last sentence on the last page of minutes
should read "March 24" instead of March 14.

None.
Board Members' Orals
- None.
Councilman Heine announced that there will be a Special Council
Meeting with the Sheriff's Department on March 27, 1993 to discuss
the City's Emergency Operations Plan. City staff is also scheduled
to have an Emergency Preparedness Drill on April 12, 1993.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
to the April 28, 1993 regular meeting
