A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 80 -598.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. A hearing has been held on Variance Application No.
80 -598 to add a 2nd floor to a legal nonconforming residential
structure at 5632 North Glickman Avenue to within 3 feet of northerly
the side lot line.
SECTION 2. Based on the unusual lot, said variance is granted
subject to the following conditions:
1. That the subject property shall be developed substantially in
accordance with the Plot Plan marked Exhibits "A" and "B "; and
2. That all applicable City regulations shall be complied with at
all times; and
3 That this variance shall expire and be of no effect unless
exercised within a period of one year from and after the date
of adoption of resolution granting the variance; and
4. That applicant shall file, or cause to be filed, with the City
Clerk, a document which the City may record, which shall acknow-
ledge that the owner of the subject property is aware of and
accepts the conditions set forth in paragraphs 1 through 3 above,
and that the subject property, regardless of any change in owner-
ship, is bound by and subject to the provisions of the resolution
granting the variance and the conditions contained therein.
SECTION 3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 28th day of October, 1980.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted
by the Planning Commission of the City of Temple City at a regular
meeting held on the 28th day of October, 1980, by the following vote:
