CITY OF MOAB, UTAH
ORDINANCE NO. 11-77
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19, PLUMBING, MOAB CITY CODE 1965, AS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOAB, UTAH:
THAT Sec. 19-2 of the Ordinances of Moab City 1965, as amended be, and
the same is, hereby amended to read as follows, to wit;
"Sec. 19-2." Same - - Permit fees.
The plumbing permit fees applicable in the City under the Plumbing Code
adopted by this chapter shall be two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) for the
permit plus seventy-five cents(.75¢) for each fixture or drain. There shall
be no charge for such permit where the cost of the job is fifty dollars or less.
THAT the City Council finds and declares that it is necessary for the
immediate preservation of the peace, health and safety of this City that this
Ordinance take effect upon its passage and publication:
PASSED by the unanimous vote of all members present of the City Council
of the City of Moab, Utah, this 19th day of July, 1977.
