AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF McCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO ENACTING
SECTION 4.9.19, OPEN CONTAINERS ONPUBLICPROPERTYFOR PERMITTED BUSINESS
PREMISES, TO TITLE 4, BUSINESS REGULATIONS, CHAPTER 9, ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES, OF THE McCALL CITY CODE, TO ALLOW OPEN CONTAINERS ON
PUBLIC PROPERTY FOR BUSINESSES HOLDING A VALID REVOCABLE
ENCROACHMENT PERMIT ISSUED BY THE CITY OF McCALL TO USE PUBLIC SPACE
AS PART OF ITS BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1: That there is hereby ENACTED Section 4.9.19, Open Containers on Public
Property for Permitted Business Premises, to Title 4, Business Regulations, Chapter 9,Alcoholic
Beverages, of the McCall City Code, to-wit:
See Exhibit"A" attached hereto and, by this reference, incorporated
herein as if set forth in full.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL,
VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO, THIS 24 DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2020.

4.9.19: OPEN CONTAINERS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY FOR PERMTTED
BUSINESS PREMISES
Any business holding a valid Revocable Encroachment Permit issued by the City of McCall, and
a valid license to sell alcoholic beverages as required by Section 4.9.2 of this Code,may allow the
possession of open containers of alcoholic beverages on its business premises including such
public space or property set forth in that Revocable Encroachment Permit.
