AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREENIENT WITH THE
ivHDDLESEX COUNTY IIIPROVEIVIENT AUTHORITY FOR VIDEO
CONFERENCING EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the Borough desires to enter into an Agreement with the
MCIA regarding the acquisition and use of video conferencing equipment.
NONV, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret as follows:
1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the attached Agreement with Middlesex County
Improvement Authority regarding video conferencing
equipment.
2. That a copy of the executed Agreement be forwarded to the
MCIA as may be required.
