A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF TEMPLE CITY GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 81 -614.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon an application notice and hearing,
the front yard of property known as 5206 North Halifax is hereby
designated on North Halifax and Variance No. 81 -614 to reduce the
front yard setback from 20 ft. to 7 ft. is hereby granted subject
to the following conditions:
(1) Development of the subject property shall take place
substantially as shown on Exhibit "A ", the submitted
plot plan.
(2) All applicable City code requirements shall be met.
(3) Detailed plans shall be submitted to the City for
approval prior to issuance of Building Permits.
(4) All Building Code requirements shall be met including
fire wall construction of the common wall between the
garage and the room addition.
(5) This variance shall expire and be of no effect unless
exercised within a period of one year from and after
the date of adoption of resolution granting the variance.
(6) Applicant shall file, or cause to cause to be filed, with
the City Clerk, a document which the City may record, which
shall acknowledge that the owner of the subject property is
aware of and accepts the conditions set forth in paragraphs
(5) above, and that the subject property, regardless of any
change in ownership, is bound by and subject to the pro-
visions of the resolution granting the variance and the
conditions contained therein.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Planning Commission shall certify
to the adoption of this Resolution and shall forward a copy hereof to
the applicant and to the City Clerk.

by the Planning Commission of the City of Temple City at a regular
meeting held on the 24th day of March, 1981, by the following vote
of the Planning Commission:
