FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Boise Payette Lumber Company, a corporation duly
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware and having
its principal office, in Idaho at Boise, in the County of Ada, grantor, does
hereby Grant, Bargain, Sell and 'Convey unto' the Village of McCall, a muni-
cipal corporation of the .CoLmty of Valley, State. of. Idaho, the following
described real estate, to-wit:
An extension of Hewitt Street through Lots 1, 2 and 3, of Block "E"
a do an .extension o Ise t�lhy along the north side of Lots 1,- 2, 3,
and /+, of said Block "E" -of .Brundage Subdivision of the Village of
McCall, Valley County, State of Idaho, 'according .to' the. official
plat thereof .now on file in the office of the County Recorder of
Valley County, Idaho, subject to all taxes and assessments, from
date hereof, being more particular described as follows:.
An Alley extension being twenty (201) feet..'in width, along the
north side of- said Lots 1, 25 3 and 4' of Block "E" extending from
its intersection.-with Gamble'Road .to the- westerly boundary of said
Lot 4, Block "E" approximately 540 feet in length; and
A Street "extension, being fifty (50') feet in width from Gamble Road
to the westerly boundary of said Lot 3, Block "E" approximately 368
feet ,in length, described as follows: Beginning at the northwest
corner of Gamble and Forest'Street, thence North ll° 11' East along
the west line of -Gamble Street 181.9 feet to the south line of
Hewitt Street extended and .the real place of beginning; thence N.-
78° 49' W., 363.3 feet, to :an intersoction with the east line of
Lot 4, Block "E" of said Brundage Subdivision; thence N. 00 04' W.,
along the east line of said 'Lot 4, 51.0 ,feet; thence S. 780 49' E:,
373.0 feet, to an intersection.`with the west line of Gamble Street;
thence S. 110 11' W„ along the west line of said Gamble Street,
50.0 feet, to the place of beginning, being located -in Lot 5 of Sec-
tion 8, T. 18 N. , R. 3 E. , B. M., and containing 0,.67 acres, more
or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD The said premises, with their appurtenances as and
for a street and alley unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns,
forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Grantor, pursuant to a resolution of its
Board of Directors has caused its corporate name to be hereunto subscribed
by its Vice President and its corporate seal to be affixed by its Assistant
Secretary this seventh day of February, 'in the year of our Lord- one thousand
hine hundred and fifty-seven.
