THIS INDENTURE, Made this seventh day- of August, 1958, by BOISE
CASCADE CORPORATION (formerly Boise Payette Lumber Company) , a corpor-
ation duly organized and existing under the laws -of the State of Dela-
ware and having its principal office in Idaho at Boise,,'in the County
of Ada,
W I T N E S S E T H
' WHEREAS, there was -created in BOISE PAYETTE LUMBER COMPANY, its
successors and assigns, certain reversionary rights affecting a parcel
of real property' in the -Village of McCall,, County of Valley, State of
Idaho, in that certain deed to the Village .-of McCall filed for record
on June 18, •191+7, iri Book 26 of Deeds at page 125, as document No.
36344, in the records of Valley County, Idaho, and described as follows:
BLOCK A (a) of- Brundage Subdivision of the, Village
of McCall, Valley County, State of Idaho, according.
to- the official plat thereof now on file- in the-

Idaho, containing 11.27 acres, more or less, and
WHEREAS, the covenants .and conditions to'be performed_by. the
Grantee have been substantially fulfilled, and
WHEREAS, changed circumstances concerning the lands which are
subject to outstanding reversionary rights have rendered the contin-
uance of such rights of reversion or forfeiture unnecessary and an
unreasonable restraint on' the .free use and ownership of such property;
RNOW,. THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar,• lawful money of .the United States of America; the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, BOISE CASCADE CORPORATION does waive
and release unto present and future owners of that parcel of land de-
scribed above, all and any of said rights of reversion and of forfeiture.
