CHAPTER 235 ENTITLED "TAXICABS"
CHAPTER 235 IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
235-1 Definitions:
Taxicab, taxi or limousine - A motor vehicle which is used to transport passengers for hire
which does not operate over a fixed destination set by and requested by the passenger.
235-11 IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Owners of taxicabs / limousines shall file with the Borough Clerk proof of insurance coverage
-- in the amounts and conditions as defined by NJ.S.A. 48:16-3.
Exact copies of all modifications, revisions, cancellation notices received by the owner
/operator pursuant to said insurance must be given to the Borough Clerk within seven (7)
days of receipt.
