BE IT ORDAINED that pursuant to N.J.S.A 40A: 12-13 (b) (5) the Mayor and Council of'
the Borough of Carteret authorize the sale of the southerly portion of Block 254, Lot 1 I.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Mayor and Council is authorized to negotiate with
the contiguous land owner, Frank Brown, Inc., to agree on the fair market value of property.
