The ordinance establishes a storm sewer improvement tax district within the Wild Meadows (formally Elwell) development. The district would allow the city to construct storm sewer improvements within the area if necessary in the future. Improvements within the development would be paid in whole or in part through a special ad valorem tax on the real estate within the development. Tfie'ftt!would not be impdsed on proper- ties elsewhere in the city which are not within the Wild Meadows development. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina on December 19, 2000.
