The Council finds that a notice of Hearing on the Budget
proposed «,gas duly published, and. that objections thereto ��aa_s set
for this date, �irhereupon the estimate .vas ptaken up, and a hearing
of taxpayers heard- There were no objections whereupon councilman
Kuper moved that the Budget as estl_�-:ated be adopted and the Clerk
f or��,ard sane to the County Auditor, motion seconded by councilman

Council met in special se �sion- P:iayor V:hlsing presiding
and councilmen Hook- Huisma.n- Riekena ans Spieker present.
The cor:.,nittee ah.o were instructed to see an attorney
about the ��ror�er proeeerure in the matter of issueing Bonds to
pay for the t'�a.ter works extentions, a.nr the recor_struction of the
Sand filter beds, made their report to�the council.
Engineer Fernuson was tiresent and he ��a.s directed to re-vfrnp
the '+Vater eYtentior. pland and. sneci_'ications, so thP.t. it could be
let by ttvo senerate bids.
