AMENDING ORDINANCE # 05 -67 REGARDING PURCHASING PROCEDURE
REQUIREMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Borough of Carteret as follows:
Section 1. Section 3 of Ordinance #05 -67 is hereby amended to provide that the
limit provided for therein shall be coterminous with that respectively
provided for pursuant to of N.J.S.A. 19:44A -1.let seq.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the provision of
this ordinance are hereby repealed limited to the extent of any
such inconsistency.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication
according to applicable law.
