SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Each year after Winter Carnival, the Chief of Police presents a report on call for service and an overview of the impacts to the City was from a law enforcement point of view. Chief
Justin Williams will review the 2019 Winter Carnival festivities, including comparisons of calls for service for the 2018 Winter Carnival and the impact of the carnival on the police
department. The comparison numbers will be provided as a handout at the February 14, 2019, Council Meeting.
