SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the December 13, 2018 Council Meeting, the Council awarded the bid for contract to Circle H Construction for buried communications conduit installation between City Hall and the Police
Department Annex and between Public Works and the Water Treatment Plant. The contract has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney. If approved, installation will begin in the
summer of 2019.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Contract with Circle H Construction for Buried Fiber Conduit Installation from City Hall to Samson Trail and from Public Works to the Water Treatment Plant in the amount
of $235,000 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
