To date, approximately 78% of the original escrow account funds ($1.8M) have been released for completed project elements. Remaining work to be completed is primarily landscaping and final site stabilization which was unable to be finished before the end of the 2018 construction season (see attached Infrastructure List). The draft Amendment to the Third Amendment Whitetail PUD Development Agreement and Amendment to Escrow Agreement for Shore Lodge Cottages are attached. Both documents have been reviewed by the City Attorney and Public Works Director.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Hold the public hearing. Approve the Amendment to the Whitetail PUD Development Agreement and Shore Lodge Cottages Escrow Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
