SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The goal of the annual performance evaluation is to help employees feel valued, maximize the benefit that the City and Community gets from each employee, and to perform an evaluation
of your performance during the last year. This process is intended to involve both employee and supervisor and focus on work behaviors and results. Annual Performance Evaluation reviews
the performance of each employee during the evaluation period. The City of McCall’s evaluation period begins January 1 and ends on December 31 each year and includes the following for
evaluation period – 2018.
Since the City Council serves as the supervisor to the City Manager, they issue The City Manager’s performance evaluation. The Human Resources Manager will explain the process the Council
will use during the evaluation process.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Receive the information provided, schedule the City Manager Evaluation.
