The winter snow accumulation made obvious the need to add additional snow storage to the triangle plan. This revised plan allows for 10 leaseholds totalling 112,500 sq ft. Staff is also seeking approval to develop a commercial leasehold between the Snow Removal Equipment storage building and the emergency access gate by the Fire Department. This space would total 21,000 sq ft. The Airport Advisory Committee reviewed the proposed Triangle leasehold amendment and the proposed commercial leasehold as shown on the attached drawing at their June 6, 2019 meeting and recommend approval.
